The drive from Revelstoke to Kelowna was awesome, short and beach filled. I woke up early to leave Revelstoke and went into the Village to get coffee and check out my finances. I got an awesome veggie breakfast burrito at Modern Coffee and Bake Shop. The coffee was so lovely I got extra to take on the road with me. On route to Kelowna, I stopped and drank coffee at a look out point on a lake then spotted a sandy beach to go swimming at. Since I hadn’t showered, it was non optional.
Driving into Kelowna was odd – more developed and bigger than I had imagined. What did I do when I got there? Found another beach and read my book. Divine. Did the winery thing, made a camp dinner and went to bed ridiculously early. Glam I know.
