Finding out I am now officially a member of the Para Paints BLOG CREW. AWESOME!!!
Wow huh? I am still in shock. Pinch me. Really hard.
This is Garry Belfall (Para Paints) announcing that myself and four other talented bloggers had won the contest!

You see… There is a story behind why I needed to see a picture of Garry announcing who won because I sadly missed the glorious moment. I was pounding the Queen Street pavement at that exact moment. But before that? Ya well I was racing down the Queensway as I had to walk from the Humber Loop to Roncesvalles when the streetcars lost power – not a big deal if I had planned for it but I hadn’t. It was a #TTCfail but that’s okay. I made it in one piece to Blog Podium.
Here is Garry again with Jen Knox (PR – Deb McCain Communication) at the Para Paints booth. Such nice people. I can’t wait to work with them. I think I am going to need to buy some painter’s coveralls to go along with my years’ worth of paint!

Now I need to give a special shout out to Lauren, Brian, Rach and Adriane – I ‘knew’ Lauren before from living vicariously through her Instagram images, sweet blog and oogling images of her beagle Wendel (who I have mentioned before) but Adriane, Rach and Brian were newbie friends who I really really really loved meeting. Even more amazing? Each person has a super awesome blog that I can’t believe I hadn’t spied before (WHAT IS UP WITH THAT? It makes me love/hate the blogsphere when I randomly come across a blog I didn’t know about before! I feel cheated but also thrilled to have finally found ‘em).

I thought I would take more photos with my Iphone, but I didn’t. I was too busy chatting or listening! Anyway, I can’t wait to find out more about the Para Paint Blog Crew that I am now involved with – I think it’s going to lead to lots of amazing paint-filled adventures.
Oh! And PS? I met Barbara from Hodge Podge (by Markova Design) and Nancy from Marcus Design too!!! Long live the West Coasters! So FANTASTIC! I can’t wait to see them again.
